    Waste Personal Waste Audit

Because we don't know or don't want to see the full picture. It can be uncomfortable to imagine that we actually harm other people by hunting a bargain (cheap T-Shirt, non-recyclable food box for takeaway food etc.). We need to change our habits.

If I'm aware of my own feelings and love myself, I feel nurtured and can open up to others and show more patience and treat them with respect.

Cleaning up the ocean from plastic waste.
I was shocked when I saw all the plastic at a beach in Cambodia last year (see picture). I found this initiative and really want to promote it: https://the-honu-movement.com/?utm_source=social&utm_campaign=TOFU_MOFU_BOFU_2020_06_New_Creatives_Conversions&utm_content=Link_Ad_

I have done a "sugar free diet" before and learned how well my body responds to it (after the first hard week) and I had more energy, better skin, lost weight and my taste changed quite a lot.
