    Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

    Early to bed and keeping the gadgets 1 to 2 hours away before going to bed helped me to get good sleep but sleeping for 7 hours is always a big challenge.

    How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

    I actually encourage my friends to join me in my daily Yoga sessions and we've done very well over the past few months.

    Food Choose Organic Ingredients
    Many people say that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” How would you respond to that statement?

    If more and more people choose processed food then companies will focus more on processed food. So, let's not give them that option and then it'll be all organic food. :)

    How do you practice self care?

    Doctor wants me to lose additional weight.  I plan to lose a minimum of 1 # / week or 5 #'s a month.  My target weight is 175 #'s  I currently weight 250 and my goal is to be completed by next December 2021

    Health Check-up completed!   Continue to lose weight  "More Workouts!"  Goal to reduce my A1C to 7 ish.  Currently at 8.3.  Overall Goal is to reduce my A1C to 5.7.
