    It is difficult for people to become aware of the damage they do to the planet and their communities with inconsiderate actions of the use of plastic for example

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I keep in my desk all the time the reusable botle, so I don´t have the chance to use watter bottles.

    It is hard at the begining, but ones you get use to, it is a very nice feeling, because you know that we are helping to have a better world.

    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    Something that can work is we keep all the tieme reusable bags in de car, ones have been used, put them back. In a situation like this we can take cart to de car and put then without a bag.

    We can reduce the use of an automovile and do more bicycle por transportation.

    Excelent experience!  It was really interesting track what I do everyday.
