    The biggest hurdle to stop using disposable cups is while traveling - as there are simply no means of washing reusable cups properly when you're on the road for 2 weeks. Luckily, with Corona that's not such an issue anymore as I don't travel... I guess there's some advantage in anything :-)

    Feeling good with ourselves and our body always starting with treating it with respect, buying healthy products preferably organic are a good way to start

    Pollution to air and water - these are the basics, and I may be ignorant, but I cannot see how an individual can change this

    I use mostly plastic bags when purchasing something "on the go". I bought a small fabric shopping bag that folds into my bag and use it instead
