    I am doing okay.  Meatless and vegan meals are easy, and so is eating fruits and vegetables often!  However, I am having difficulty with whole foods and zero waste meals.  I think I will research more about eating more whole foods.  I am still not ready to take the zero-waste leap.

    I agree!  Cheaper, less healthy food means more expensive medical bills, so it actually costs more in the long run.

    People in richer countries eat more meat because they can afford it.  Eating more meat contributes to world hunger and warms the planet.

    Meatless or vegan meals are not that hard in my opinion, since I’ve been reducing for awhile, but whole-foods meals and zero-waste meals are new to me. I have made plenty of almost zero-waste and healthy but not 100 percent whole food meals so that’s a start...I think I’ll go from there.

    I am reducing my food footprint by aiming to eat more meatless and plant-based meals and also more whole-food and zero-waste meals. I did it successfully this spring—now I’m here again.
