October 20 at 7:29 AMI am doing okay. Meatless and vegan meals are easy, and so is eating fruits and vegetables often! However, I am having difficulty with whole foods and zero waste meals. I think I will research more about eating more whole foods. I am still not ready to take the zero-waste leap.

October 8 at 10:41 AMPeople in richer countries eat more meat because they can afford it. Eating more meat contributes to world hunger and warms the planet.

October 8 at 10:08 AMMeatless or vegan meals are not that hard in my opinion, since I’ve been reducing for awhile, but whole-foods meals and zero-waste meals are new to me. I have made plenty of almost zero-waste and healthy but not 100 percent whole food meals so that’s a start...I think I’ll go from there.

October 7 at 9:56 AMI am reducing my food footprint by aiming to eat more meatless and plant-based meals and also more whole-food and zero-waste meals. I did it successfully this spring—now I’m here again.
