Adam Clemiss 10/26/2020 2:32 PMThe sleep challenge was something that I knew I would have to almost force myself to do. With online classes, it's easier to stay up late and not really worry about waking up early and having to go to class, because class is across my room. I’ve been trying to go to bed an hour earlier every night instead of being on my phone, so far it’s working well. -
Adam Clemiss 10/26/2020 2:26 PMOne of the challenges I chose was to reduce the number of plastic single use water bottles I use. I've learned that It was all about convenience and saving time. When I go to the gym it is easier to just grab a plastic bottle and go. It just takes more time and energy to find a reusable bottle, fill it, and then have to worry about cleaning it later. -
Adam Clemiss 10/26/2020 2:20 PMI've been completing the "taking 5 minute showers" challenge. I've found that it is not as difficult as I thought it would be. The first few days it was annoying because I felt like I was being rushed and was still half asleep, but after a couple days it got easier.
