Anna Isabel Sigel Visel 10/19/2020 2:13 PMMy family and I have always been outdoorsy people. My sister and I spend at least half of the summer weekends at the lake where there isn't tv or internet and so you have to enjoy each other and the nature around you. This year it has been hard to do that with Covid but I am glad to have this challenge to encourage me to remember how wonderful the natural outdoors is. -
Anna Isabel Sigel Visel 10/19/2020 2:09 PMIt is going great! This weekend my wife and some of our friends and myself went camping. It felt good to be out in nature and hear the raining falling as we slept and warm ourselves by the fire, while waking up next to a lake. I am so glad to be able to be doing this! -
Anna Isabel Sigel Visel 10/15/2020 10:41 AMI love it! It motivates me to eat better, exercise more and get more face time instead of screen time! I went on a couple short hikes in Vermont and I have been meal prepping as well as setting a time where I don't use my computer after that point.
