    I probably bit off more than I should have while dealing with a family health situation but what I appreciated most was focusing on eating more healthy. I'm planning on continuing that habit from now on.

    I learned how black voters have been disenfranchised from voting and still continues to this day.  Disenfranchisement of voters is not sustainable to our democracy and the US could end up an autocracy.
