    I walk when I talk that helps me do my exercise and keep connected with loved ones. I take my daughter also when I go for walks this helps spend quality time with her .

    Practicing Loving -Kindness Meditation are at priority nowadays to lead a healthy life style amidst of advanced technologies . Meditation helps in keeping calm and deal life how it comes. If the parents or grand parents follow this , the kids will also imitate and thus we create a healthy environment

    Eating more fruits and vegetables promotes good health. Being vegetarian I follow this since my birth .My health scores are at best levels. Vegetarians have good immunity and less prone to diseases that invade parasites. Having more greens help lead a sustainable life
