    Self care is daily physical movement, staying in and laying low to restore energy levels, drinking more water.

    What did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

    With gorgeous weather this week - it was easier to choose to take a walk, than watch a show - but as the winter weeks start to come, will need to find enjoyment indoors more.

    An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four in the US spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

    This does not surprise me, unfortunately - that money could be donated back to a shelter or food bank.
