    I have really enjoyed taking part in the People's Ecochallenge especially completing 6 miles of the Cotswold Way at the weekend out in the fresh air enjoying the sights, sounds and colours of autumn.

    Appreciate it more. Take in the sights and sounds. Stop and talk to people. More aware of litter!
