    I think dancing to my favorite songs is my favorite activity to experience joy and be active at the same time.

    Taking a walk each day makes me feel a lot better because it helps me destress and think about my goals and what I need to do for the day.

    My sleep schedule is very inconsistent right now, and I would like to shift my sleep patterns to get 8 hours of sleep every night. I need to be more productive with schoolwork during the day, so I do not stay up super late working on it.

    I think thrifting and second hand clothing is a really good way to avoid buying new clothes and instead reusing clothes.
