    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

Using a reusable coffee cup is good for the environment. Some people may find it difficult to switch because of the cost and because you have to carry your cup around with you for the entire day. However overall reusable coffee cups are better because they keep the coffee hot for longer and they do not hurt the environment.

    Waste Use Reusable Bags
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

If I find my self in an situation were I am in need of a bag I would use a cart. Carts are reusable and do not harm the environment. One thing my family does to avoid using plastic bags is to use reusable bags. Every time my mom goes grocery shopping she uses the reusable bags instead of the plastic bags.

Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Going for walks every day will have a positive affect on your body. Walks help people stay in shape and they also can help their mental health. It can be an relaxing and positive experience that has many benefits. Sometimes when I am having difficulties doing work walks can help clear my mind and reenergize me.
