    Plastic bags should be banned. Plastic causes pollution and burning plastic diffuses harmful smoke. Plastic bags can prove to be a choke hazard for small animals and people.

    Eat a variety of vegetables, especially dark green, red, and orange vegetables. Eat a variety of fruits. Eat whole-grain, high-fiber breads and cereals.

    Many aspects of the environment can affect our health. Environmental hazards can increase the risk of diseases like cancer, heart disease and asthma and it is interlinked to community & personal health.

    Carry your own mugs for coffee/tea instead of using paper cups or plastic cups to keep our surroundings clean & also environment.
