REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?
Rachel Morris 10/06/2020 4:39 PMWe learned from Eric Sala's book The Nature of Nature that humans and our domesticated meat food sources make up 96% of the terrestrial mammals on the planet. That means that ALL the other mammals on earth, the bears and chipmunks and wallabies and prairie dogs and tigers and mice are ONLY 4%.
