Emily Rosenbloom 10/15/2020 9:58 PMThe richer countries, I believe people are more removed from their food sources and the environmental impacts of meat are not accounted for in the price of meat. The greenhouse gas emissions associated with meat consumption are exponentially higher than a vegetarian diet.
