    In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for using every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable (including the skins, tops, stalks, etc.) during your next meal prep?

    By exercising each day by doing Hot Yoga, it has helped with mental clarity, depression, anxiety and increased my gratitude.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I have been able to save so many plastic bottles and utilize filtered water from home.  This has shown a decrease in my recyclables

    Each day I spend about 30 minutes listening to the radio to not have any visual distractions.
