    The early morning walk to the grocery store was refreshing.  Bike ride later for more refreshing fun today!  I hope its not raining!

    I'm enjoying my daily power walks as a transition from my work day ending at 4 pm.  I'm grateful that we've had good weather this week.  I know the rains will come again.  I'm planning to keep up my walks, although they might be shorter when it starts raining again.
