    So accountability is everything. I even went to the gym after dinner with my best friends a 9:30 pm. Great work out

    I would like to shift my sleep patterns by going to bed earlier to start my day earlier.

    I like the clarity and quiet that I experience. I take photo's of nature while I am out because it calms me.

    Forgiveness should be asked for but sometimes we just have to give it to free oneself from the pain and anguish it causes.
