How can you, your loved ones, the community, and environment all benefit from constructive communication?

Recently I read following book by Rosenberg, Nonviolent communication.
Pasting the link for anyone who may concern:
    https://www.amazon.com/Non-Violent-Communication-Language-Marshall-Rosenberg/dp/B00ATXA8BE
For me constructive and non-violent communication are very similar. With both you are able to influence others and make yourself heart. And making yourself heart is how you no longer need to yell / use violent communication and ensure relaxed relationship with your family, friends and colleagues.

    1. Reduce plastic by using a reusable bottle for each family member.
    2. Reduce plastic by using mold soap.
    3. Bring your own mug when buying coffee
    4. Bring your plastic box when buying loose goods.
    5. Use dedicated recycle bins for plastic, metal and paper.
    6. Find alternative and stop using sanitary napkins.
    7. And still look for more options...

Outdoor activities bring some fresh air not only to your lungs, but also to your brain. This is how you get new ideas and also motivation to embrace the change.
