Katie Wallace 10/14/2020 9:20 AMWith the rainy weather, I'm finding it tougher to get motivated to exercise daily, but I'm realizing that being mindful of my movements throughout the day, and even just doing some stretching is so critical when we're all still stuck mostly at home.
