vanika watal 10/25/2020 12:33 AMThe People's Ecochallenge is both an environmental and social engagement program which is amazing and this is the platform where one can select or create actions that align with his/her individual values and make a commitment to complete those actions, all the while practicing and reinforcing good habits. It is like learning, commiting to what we learn and sharing best practices with people around us.. what you give is what you get(be it to people/community or Nature) So be mindful and try emitting as many positive vibrations as possible so that the universe gives you back multi-fold :-) -

vanika watal 10/25/2020 12:23 AMTop 3 core values that i live by are "Mutual Trust and Respect, Self-discipline, Ethics(work ethics and personal life)" I strongly believe in these values as they are the foundation of being "myself" :-) -

Work-Life balance helps you to keep your mind calm, more focused and motivates you to perform better. Since culture drives behavior for all three, that is, the individual, the organizations, and the society, it is suggested that if we create a culture that supports work-life balance, it is likely to promote sustainable human development though higher role-related engagement of individuals. Further, it is suggested that cultural intelligence plays an important role in achieving both work-life balance and sustainable human development. -
