    Talking nature walks have been very calming lately.  With everything going on, just being outside with natural sounds and removed from all the chaos really helps with reducing stress levels.

    I planted basil and parsley in my kitchen at home. They've been a great add in many of the recipes I've been trying as I do more and more home cooking.
