    Many people say that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” How would you respond to that statement?

    Since I´m 8 years old, I have been having migraines almost every day of my life, taking pills every day was normal for me until I realized that regular rice was the reason of my migraines, since I started eating organic rice every day, I haven´t had any migraines. I also buy organic meat (pork, beef, chicken and eggs) and that has been the best decision I have ever made

    Setting up an alarm with a reminder 1 hour before I have to go to bed (I usually leave everything ready as the next day I wake up early to go to Crossfit so leaving everything ready helps me to sleep a few more minutes in the morning)

    I love doing Crossfit every morning from Monday to Friday (even though I hate to wake up early, I wake up every day at 5:00 am so I can go to Crossfit class at 6:00 am) and then 1 day of the weekend, I usually ride my bike

    Doing daily exercises definitely has help me. I love cycling during the weekends so I can go out and visit other places. I´ve always think exercises help you not only physically but most important emotionally

    Every other week, the Recycling truck comes to our neighborhood, the night before I always send a message in the community group so they all take their recycling materials but I can do one more step, I can motivate the ones who are not recycling now, to start doing it, by making a video conference and teaching them the importance of doing it and how to properly separate the recycling, I even can teach them about the eCoins program so they can earn eCoins while recycling

    Me gusta el EcoChallenge porque es una forma de crear hábitos ambientales fundamentales para lograr tener un mejor planeta. Y pues nada mejor que crear esos hábitos en equipo, sea en familia o con los compañeros del trabajo. Hay tanto que se puede y debe hacer en temas ambientales y aun así, son pocos los que lo hacen, es nuestro trabajo motivar a otros para que se unan a un estilo de vida que nos beneficie a todos, incluyendo las futuras generaciones
