Kate Ertl 10/27/2020 11:41 PMMy top core values are working hard, being kind and companionate, and practicing self love and reflection. I chose these because practicing these values help keep me balanced and they remind me of what is important. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Limit Social MediaSocial media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?
Kate Ertl 10/26/2020 7:59 PMI have been really trying to stay off social media and my phone in general because I notice when I am on it too much I am less productive and spend less time outside. I have been kind of successful but I definitely want to continue it because Im feeling much better.
