    Listening to guided meditation helps most with my mindfulness practice. It has helped me clear my mind and stay grounded in the present. I hope that with continued practice I will have more control over my thoughts in my day to day life.

    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    I feel more in tune to the present. I no longer feel as though I'm missing out if I'm not on social media, and I feel like I can focus on my daily tasks more easily.

    My top 4 core values are kindness, authenticity, compassion, and knowledge. I narrowed it down to these by considering what I expect from others, and what I enjoy most. I enjoy seeing kindness and being around authentic and knowledgeable people. If I expect these things from others, I should expect them from myself.
