Calli L 10/14/2020 6:33 AMListening to guided meditation helps most with my mindfulness practice. It has helped me clear my mind and stay grounded in the present. I hope that with continued practice I will have more control over my thoughts in my day to day life. -

Calli L 10/10/2020 7:31 AMI feel more in tune to the present. I no longer feel as though I'm missing out if I'm not on social media, and I feel like I can focus on my daily tasks more easily. -

Calli L 10/08/2020 8:48 AMMy top 4 core values are kindness, authenticity, compassion, and knowledge. I narrowed it down to these by considering what I expect from others, and what I enjoy most. I enjoy seeing kindness and being around authentic and knowledgeable people. If I expect these things from others, I should expect them from myself.
