    I would like to sleep earlier since I have a bad habit of sleeping late, and in order to do this - I will need to stop using electronics at least half an hour before bed.

      I attended an Unplug webinar today, and it reinforced the importance of not looking at screens before we go to bed. Screens emit a blue light similar to the sun, so our brain becomes "awake" from being around it.

    Your utility company is able to tell you your average energy usage. Ask them how your energy usage compares to others in your ZIP code, region, and/or state. What other steps can you take each day to reduce your electricity usage?

    I think everyone can take simple steps to reduce their energy usage -such as turning off the light or electronics when you leave the room and using natural light whenever possible.

      I just installed motion sensor lights throughout my house this weekend (even in the garage!) so lights wont be on when we're not in the room.

    I wouldn't say I was addicted but I do have a sweet tooth. I think it was nice trying out different foods with natural sweetness.

    I feel like practicing gratitude makes you feel happier when you are able to appreciate the little things and see yourself/situation in a more positive light.

    How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

    It's easier to incorporate other personal values when you set aside time for it - ex. scheduling a time to chat with your friends or to go on a walk. You will be more likely to do these things, including your exercise routine.
