REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Angela M. 10/20/2020 12:28 PMI would like to sleep earlier since I have a bad habit of sleeping late, and in order to do this - I will need to stop using electronics at least half an hour before bed.-
Courtney Groszhans 10/21/2020 4:38 PMI attended an Unplug webinar today, and it reinforced the importance of not looking at screens before we go to bed. Screens emit a blue light similar to the sun, so our brain becomes "awake" from being around it.

REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergy Adjust the ThermostatYour utility company is able to tell you your average energy usage. Ask them how your energy usage compares to others in your ZIP code, region, and/or state. What other steps can you take each day to reduce your electricity usage?
Angela M. 10/20/2020 12:27 PMI think everyone can take simple steps to reduce their energy usage -such as turning off the light or electronics when you leave the room and using natural light whenever possible.-
Gretchen Egging 10/20/2020 4:53 PMI just installed motion sensor lights throughout my house this weekend (even in the garage!) so lights wont be on when we're not in the room.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Angela M. 10/08/2020 9:37 AMI feel like practicing gratitude makes you feel happier when you are able to appreciate the little things and see yourself/situation in a more positive light. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Angela M. 10/07/2020 6:40 AMIt's easier to incorporate other personal values when you set aside time for it - ex. scheduling a time to chat with your friends or to go on a walk. You will be more likely to do these things, including your exercise routine.
