    Accidently selected that I didn't do any of my challenges- oops! Went for a walk late at night as apposed to in the day for nostalgia purposes and it was very enjoyable :)

    Send a message to my online friend thanking them for helping me with school. also went on a walk up my drive way with my shih tzu, Bentley.

    Was able to squeeze in a walk before it started raining cause it's been on and off rain all day, was also able to get exercise in while cleaning today!

    I can make you more positive about yourself when you reflect on what's positive in other people which can help motivation when you're not constantly hard on yourself
