Nicole Reagan 10/28/2020 12:29 PMIt allows me to move on and not get "stuck" on something. Its not only important to forgive others but with this challenge I really focused on forgiving myself. Its ok to make mistakes. Its ok to not be ok sometimes. Forgiving myself for my shortcomings allows me to pick back up with better energy, refocus and realign.-

Nicole Reagan 10/27/2020 10:22 AMI am pretty lucky to be healthy and don't use many toxic chemicals within my home. I do notice that when exposed to heavy or harsh smelling chemicals I tend to get head aches.
I do love indoor plants and I do believe they help to cleanse the air in my home, and they make me happy. Win, Win.
