    The thing that helped me the most with my mindfulness practice was being in a quiet and comfortable environment that I was familiar with. Mindfulness keeps you grounded and able to sustain your work with compassion by allowing you to become calm and relaxed as you enter your thoughts. It enables you to become one with yourself which opens up opportunities to understand what you want and how you can achieve it in the most efficient way.

    Practicing Loving-Kindness meditation can be helpful to the health of the environment because it can bring a sense of peace and calmness to the people who do it, which can then lead to the control of emotions and the ability to create stronger resolutions with a clear mind.
