REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Healing and Renewal Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Clara Steyer 10/13/2020 8:08 AMI started going to bed earlier, which allows me to read in bed before falling asleep. Waking up is also much easier, which is such a better way to start the day!-
Marla Guggenheimer 10/16/2020 1:41 PMI definitely do not get enough sleep, currently, but my favorite sleep schedule is going to bed early and waking up early. I feel powered by the sun. Once it goes down, I'm done! Unfortunately, my school workload usually dictates late nights AND early mornings. Finding ways to manage my time better during the day can help me stick to a sleep schedule I'm happy with.
