    Hi Everyone!  Walking every morning for 60 minutes in the cool Fall air is invigorating!  And the stars are absolutely phenomenal in the darkness of pre-dawn hours!

    It is going amazing especially adding to already existing ECO friendly tasks i.e. getting more sleep!
