    Simplicity Limit Social Media
    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    Social Media can really strip down your mental health without you even realizing it. You always see influencers that you sub-conciously compare yourself to, and eventually convince yourself that you're not good enough because you aren't the same as them. Taking a break from toxicity as such and focusing on yourself can really change the ways that you view yourself as an individual. I personally feel a bit happier and more fulfilled when I am doing something more meaningfull opposed to being on social media to "pass time".

    I get around 7-9 hours of sleep every night. I personally think that the amount of sleep that I get is sufficient enough for my daily activities, but I think that the time that I lay down and time that I wake up needs to be modifyed. Although I still have some changes to make, I think that my overall time management and ability to take control of my responsibilities has improved substantially.
