I've learnt that even if we continuously forger, during our day to day, that unfortunately racism is still there and very alive. The most outrageous situations are still happening and we all need to stand up and push for a change. I was aware of the Rodney King police abuse and the consequent disorders and complaints, but didn't know at all the story of Marsha. Really heartbreaking! Racial equality is critical to have a sustainable planet, as poverty is often linked to "minorities" and the key sustainability challenges are also impacting more the poorest people.

Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

A new topic for me. I learned a lot from some videos and reports. I know there were issues in the area but had no idea of the magnitude.

In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for using every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable (including the skins, tops, stalks, etc.) during your next meal prep?

Our family has stopped using plastic straws (now use glass), we all use reusable bottles for water, don't use anymore paper napkins but cloth napkins, we are reusing plastic bags or using vegetable bags

I was sleeping 6 to 6.5 hours and now I'm sleeping 7 hours and some days even a bit more during the week. I need to be consistent in having dinner earlier, so that I can also get to bed earlier. The key is to refrain from working late and it's not always easy to manage. Setting up an alarm clock that reminds me about the time is helping
