    Walking with my dog helps me be able to focus better afterwards and gives me more energy throughout the day.

    I try to have a working relationship with my technology - and use it only for work or for necessary business.  However, I've gotten addicted to checking for news alerts in this crazy world, and it's nice to step away from that.  (Though it's also nice to know what's going on in the rest of the world -- balance!)
