This challenge has been an amazing way for me to be more aware of the impact that I have on the Earth

I have taken some time to day for reflection as this is the final day of the challenge. I have been able to take time over the past couple weeks to reevaluate my choices and make small (but very impactful) changes to my lifestyle. I feel better overall with these changes, and there have been no real inconveniences as a cause/effect relationship to making them. I feel better with my mental health since starting this challenge. Taking time each day to just do something I enjoy, whether be it outside, with my fiancé, through meditation, etc., I believe that I have begun a journey to real personal growth with these minor changes. Thank you to everyone on my team for the ongoing support as we have gone through this challenge together!

I have enjoyed participating in this challenge immensely! I know that my impact has been made, and my knowledge has truly grown so high from this. I will continue to complete these tasks even when I am no longer logging them each day! This has been a truly fulfilling few weeks, and I cannot wait to participate again next year!

Last day today, and I've honestly enjoyed the focus that this challenge has allowed me to have on my impact. While my actions were mostly focused on improving my mental state, the resources I've explored while doing the challenge have helped me key in on areas where I can improve as well as give me tools to spread awareness of issues important to me. I really hope that everyone's had a positive experience with this, and I can't wait to see how we carry on this mission!

Wow! This is the last day I will log in my pledges. However, this won't be the last time doing the pledges.

This has been an awesome Ecochallenge and I can't believe it is the last day! I hope everyone else enjoyed it as well. Even though the challenge is over, let's keep being sustainable and let's keep making our planets natural world a better place!

Action Track: Healing and Renewal Core Values
What are your top 3-5 core values? How did you narrow it down to those as being your core values?

Nonviolence, honesty, and sustainable social justice. Nonviolence comes from my faith of Quakerism and is at the root of my social beliefs. I value honesty personally in my relationships, because it is necessary to protect oneself and others.  I combined two values for sustainable social justice because you can't have social justice without climate/environmental justice.
