    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I use individual stevia packets when instead I could get a larger container to spoon out of.

    Making a point to exercise outside, exercising with friends, making dates/plans to do outdoor, active activities.

    I take time to make space and think about it and try to break it down into smaller, more manageable chunks.

    I would like to sleep a bit earlier. I have a tendency to get into bed at a good time but end up on my phone for longer than I would like. I need to keep my phone away from me or designate a phone-down time.

    How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

    Replacing servings of meat with plant-based foods can help to reduce carbon emissions and other harmful pollutants, as well as reduce overall water consumption. Additionally, it's better for your health as you focus more on fruits and vegetables over meat-based proteins.

    How can nurturing your Self-Compassion also nurture healthier relationships with others and the environment?

    Self-compassion/self-care generally makes you more in tune with yourself and your body. This translates to healthier relationships with others because you're not taking out any negative emotions on others.
