I take time to make space and think about it and try to break it down into smaller, more manageable chunks.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

I would like to sleep a bit earlier. I have a tendency to get into bed at a good time but end up on my phone for longer than I would like. I need to keep my phone away from me or designate a phone-down time.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health More Fruits and Veggies
How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

Replacing servings of meat with plant-based foods can help to reduce carbon emissions and other harmful pollutants, as well as reduce overall water consumption. Additionally, it's better for your health as you focus more on fruits and vegetables over meat-based proteins.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Nurture Self-Compassion
How can nurturing your Self-Compassion also nurture healthier relationships with others and the environment?

Self-compassion/self-care generally makes you more in tune with yourself and your body. This translates to healthier relationships with others because you're not taking out any negative emotions on others.
