Paige Ottmar 10/23/2020 6:37 AMI would like to sleep a bit earlier. I have a tendency to get into bed at a good time but end up on my phone for longer than I would like. I need to keep my phone away from me or designate a phone-down time. -

Additionally, it's better for your health as you focus more on fruits and vegetables over meat-based proteins. -
