Nature helps us to escape our fast paced lives. By exploring the Earth, we become more connected to the place in which we live. Caring about where live helps us build a sense of community.

I believe that you adapt to the situation you surround yourself with, this being your community. If you are put in a healthy community, you have more potential to succeed. It is also hard to have a healthy community without a helpful environment. All must work together.

I believe that nurturing your Self-Compassion can help in all other relationships. Without a strong relationship with yourself, you are not going to be able to form deep relationships with others.
