I am so happy green team decided to make us a part of this challenge because it made me more aware of ways we can help the earth and the impact we can make in other people's lives.

Being involved in family games is a frequent occurrence in my family and I find it such a fun way to laugh and spend time together while adding a competitive factor to the game. I especially love playing family games because it is a time solely meant to spend time with one another and listen to important conversation which I feel is overlooked...

Throughout the challenge I have found that going on walks daily is a good way to relax your mind and try not to focus on stressful things in life. I typically go walking with my dog and it is great to really get to see and know the natural beauty in your own neighborhood. I have also found when walking that it is an easy way to meet new people...

I found that truly taking time to forgive myself and other people instead of just pushing off my frustration makes for a more understanding mindset. This way you can try to completely perceive situations and maybe understand where another person was coming from in a situation.

during the ecochallenge, I started taking 5 minute showers!! it was honestly pretty hard at first, but i've gotten so used to taking quick showers now!! it's so cool to think about how much water i have saved from doing something so simple

human activities such as fishing impact the health of our water. oil spills are also really bad for the water and all of the organisms and animals that encounter oil in the ocean. in order to improve the health of water systems, we can make sure that companies have to take responsibility for their errors (hopefully this will encourage them to...

people in richer countries eat more meat because they are able to afford it. meat is not a cheap food, it is a luxury in most countries!! eating meat affects the planet because raising cattle, chickens, and pigs, generates a lot of greenhouse gas (the same amount generated by cars and automobiles combined)!!
