    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?

    I am able to appreciate what I am eating and I feel like I can really taste it. Life just seems slower and easier. I am much my present and focused on just eating instead of diverting my attention elsewhere.

    I am excited to go out on a stroll today. The weather is lovely!! Looking at the sun reflect off the clouds is absolutely beautiful.

Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." What is your response to Berry's assertion?

    I understand the connection that he is talking about. I feel like I am connected to something so much greater. I am experiencing what people across the midwest are seeing too. We become almost one.

    Things have been super hard lately so im finding it hard to get outside. Ive been trying to keep my mind off of things by doing hw and always doing something that will distract me. my mind is a scary place to be.

    it makes me want to help others. I know that I feel lifted up when people support me and I want to share that with others.

    How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

    I see people. I feel like I connect to people more. I can hear them, smell them (not in a creepy way I promise) and feel emotions. I smell the smells of gas, plants, food, (all the unpleasant smells), I feel the business or calmness. everything becomes more personal.

    waiting for tonights sunset hopefully it will be visible and bright!! last night the clouds looked pinkish and fluffy :)
