    Reducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    Removing clutter is one of my favorite things. It calms me and helps motivate me in my day to day. We will be focusing on purchasing items that have no or limited packaging.

    I highly suggest this netflix documentary if you have the time and netflix. This will help motivate you to make a change for the planet. David Attenborough: A Life on Our Planet
    He is the voice of all the Planet Earths, well the British ones.
