Today at Coffee Hour, 9 of us got together to compare notes and encourage each other!  Some people find it a wonderful experience and Nancy wants to do the Ecochallenge with her class next fall.  John has found it frustrating to not be able to find the Food Category and will connect with Teresa to help with navigating around the Ecochallenge site.  Susan T mentioned feeling lonely as she seemed to be the only one doing the daily updates - so Teresa agreed to do some reminder emails to keep everyone up to date...  Ten days left in the CHALLENGE!  Teresa

Glad to read you all had a good time comparing notes. I'll offer this opportunity on this coming Sunday as well.

I've been doing daily updates on my dashboard. Is that what Susan T means?

I'm writing a note for the November Beacon newsletter; I'ld love to hear from you about the PROCESS of participating in the Ecochallenge!  Has it been easy, challenging, provocative, fun, interesting or rewarding?  Has it made you think about new areas of sustainability?  Do you appreciate being able to get credit for all the 'good stuff' you are already doing?  Let me know!  Here or at teresa.at.ecochallenge@gmail,com...  Thanks  Teresa

By committing to doing the Ecochallenge, each day I think about the impacts of my actions. I've become more aware of the impact of eating more meals without meat, and also how to reduce single use plastic usage when shopping for groceries. I'm also glad to do it in a team, knowing we're working together at Beacon for eco-sustainability.
