Alexis Dasher 10/21/2020 7:13 PMThis positively affects me by reducing my blood pressure, giving me more micro nutrients, giving me more hydration and keeping my spirits u by puting effort into a good meal. Im not sure how this impacts other people.. other than side affects of how it would affect me and the planet. But it affects the planet by being a more efficient way for me to nourish myself -
