    Im setting aside time daily for a nap and setting a time to sleep fpr the night and Im trying to follow that schedule daily.

    It helps the planet, and improves our health by lowering our saturated fat intake.

    I personally like fruits and vegetables so this wasn't that hard for me, my body feels more awake and focused. i also feel more better about not eating bad food and instead replacing it with fruits and vegetables.

    You can do it with them or call/zoom, you can go hiking and many other things.

    Picking up trash on the side of the road or at the river walk. being nice to my dog and my mother and doing extra things to make them happy

    It's going good because I got to help others and exercise with my baby sister because she wanted to exercise too

    In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for using every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable (including the skins, tops, stalks, etc.) during your next meal prep?

    Well maybe instead of cutting off the ends if the asparagus we can save them and cook them in the oven with chicken or something.

    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    Social Media can really strip down your mental health without you even realizing it. You always see influencers that you sub-conciously compare yourself to, and eventually convince yourself that you're not good enough because you aren't the same as them. Taking a break from toxicity as such and focusing on yourself can really change the ways that you view yourself as an individual. I personally feel a bit happier and more fulfilled when I am doing something more meaningfull opposed to being on social media to "pass time".
