    What a wonderful way to wrap up the EcoChallenge with a no waste meal and protein shake this morning in my reusable cup!

    I make sure all electrical equipment or switches are switched off when not in use. Also, I make sure not only in our house but in our apartment this is carried out.
    Waste Use Reusable Bags
    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    If visited in car then usually I have got bags in it so that in such type of situations it becomes handy. If I do not have anything then I prefer to accept a disposable one if items are too much otherwise would carry items in hand.

    Playing with family gives great feeling and get refreshed especially children and we get time to bond with family members well and remember our beautiful journey with family.

    Currently as Gyms are closed due to pandemic, started exercising at home to make myself active.
