I learned that there are way more options for clean energy than we originally thought. It would be so easy to switch to wind or solar energy, but we haven't because that wouldn't make as much of a profit for already rich people as fossil fuels do.

I think the more compassion you have for yourselves the more you will always put out into the world which would cause a better impact for your surroundings.

    Food Reduce Animal Products

Richer countries tend to have larger economies and populations. This enables the market contain meat from lots of different sources and also enables large scale manufacturing which usually costs less. Rich countries also have more access to resources/cheap goods to fuel their economies. Eating more meat affects our planet as meat manufacturing is often bad for the environment. Runoff into surface or ground water sources from farms is contaminated. Livestock also produces a lot of waste and releases a lot of methane. Not to mention the strain put on the land and the animals being raised for food.

I agree with this quote because food is a direct impact on health which can affect someone's livelihood. Doctors should be paid of course, but we need to emphasize the people who work in jobs we take for granted.

The thing that helped me the most with my mindfulness practice was being in a quiet and comfortable environment that I was familiar with. Mindfulness keeps you grounded and able to sustain your work with compassion by allowing you to become calm and relaxed as you enter your thoughts. It enables you to become one with yourself which opens up opportunities to understand what you want and how you can achieve it in the most efficient way.
