Polluted water affects the local wildlife and makes certain sources of water un-drinkable. Rivers are a huge part of the local environment and pollution makes the environment unbalanced and can harm wildlife, both dependent on the water and those that live around it.

Sometimes to live a simple life you need to be creative. You should try to come up with ways to use old items instead of buying new items.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I use a rocket book notebook to take notes for classes. This offsets 5 one subject notebooks a semester that I normally would use.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Healing and Renewal Go for a Daily Walk Outside

Taking a walk each day helps me to relax. This year especially is very stressful and it always helps to take a nice walk through nature to refresh after being bombarded with covid news, school work, or election information. It gives me some time to think about myself and clear my head.

Walking outside allows me to connect with nature and take a break from the regular day of a college student.
