    Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

    I think my sleep patterns are just fine. Since I don't have to commute anymore, I can get an extra hour of sleep each day.

    Action Track: Healing and Renewal Go for a Daily Walk Outside
    Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

    Taking a nice long walk each day clears my mind and gets the blood flowing after sitting down all day. It allows my body to release all of the excess energy allowing me to rest at night better.

    I've made getting regular exercise an big part of my personal wellness regimen. It's nice to get more time outdoors, to feel the spirit of our neighborhoods especially in a pandemic situation , watch people and experience nature.

    I have been taking my afternoon walk around the neighborhood every day :-) I love Fall and I'm definitely taking it all in :-)

    Hi Everyone!  Walking every morning for 60 minutes in the cool Fall air is invigorating!  And the stars are absolutely phenomenal in the darkness of pre-dawn hours!

    I started the de-cluttering and I'm going to purge as much as I can during October-Nov. Dropping of donations Friday and  Saturday.
