October 28 at 7:30 AMI reuse paper bags as often as I can. One way is to reuse them as wrapping paper for Christmas and birthday presents. I have began refusing plastic bags at stores when it's possible to just carry the items or using one of my own bags. I will try to repurpose household items for décor more. October 23 at 8:11 AMI am finding meditation more and more important with the negativity of election season, covid spikes, and colder temps surrounding me. I have also made a huge effort to up my fruit and veggie intake!

October 16 at 8:05 AMI think the largest body of water that my drain goes into is the city's holding ponds a couple of miles down the road. I have had the opportunity as a councilmember to be able to see these holding ponds and work with the maintenance person. I am able to educate myself on how these are used and operated on a monthly basis.

October 15 at 7:23 PMGet to be outside in fresh air, enjoying the nature and see how everything changes as day goes by. Nature is magical in its own way! I enjoy watching the sky, the stars, sunsets, and of course meet other neighbors and the cute little kids and pets. These things definitely bring a smile to your face!
